Really enjoyed the BBQ here. It’s definitely top-notch 👌🏽 The chicken was really nice, but the skin, though delicious, was a bit too sweet for my taste. The spare ribs were a bit drier than I’m used to, but also still really good. The brisket was ideal 👌🏽 The cornbread was really nice also. Maybe a tad sweet for my taste but, it was soft, crumbly, fresh, and delicious 😄

We've heard a lot about this place and we finally got to visit on a Sunday night. It was a school night, so it wasn't too packed because you can sit outside or at Hayter's bar next door. We ordered El Patron w/ Street Corn, Potato Salad, and Creamy Red Slaw, 1/2 lb of Prime Brisket, and Half Chicken. Really great BBQ and sides! We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and still took a bunch of meat home. This is Tex-Mex style BBQ which did not disappoint. The meat was tender and tasty even without the sauce. The sides were interesting because they were different than other BBQ places, but tasted good. They even had tacos for sides. The staff were all really nice. Very helpful and accommodating. The only downside is that they're tucked away at the back of a street. It would be easy to miss without GPS.

It was my first time in Texas, and I was very excited to finally try some real Texas BBQ. A local recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. The brisket was tender and juicy, the sausage was packed with flavor, and the sides were so incredibly flavorful. I ate so much food! My girlfriend went for a burger and loved it just as much. Huge shoutout to Stacy and Summer for being super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I just wish I didn’t live in Canada so I could come back more often!

This restaurant offers a great take on Tex-Mex cuisine. As expected in Texas, there’s no shortage of excellent barbecue spots, and this place is no exception—their barbecue is outstanding. What sets this restaurant apart is how well it captures the essence of Mexican-inspired flavors. The side dishes, in particular, are creative, unique, and full of flavor, making them a highlight of the meal. The space itself isn’t very large, so be prepared for a possible wait during busy hours. Also, while the sides are worth trying, ordering several can quickly add up in price. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a fresh and flavorful Tex-Mex experience with a strong barbecue foundation.

Came here for the 1st time yesterday after wanting to try them out since I tried a sample at the Troubadour Festival. Ordered a 3 meat platter with brisket, pork belly burnt ends, and jalapeño sausage. Sides were Mac and cheese and the slaw, and also ordered one of the cornbreads and pudding. Brisket was awesome, juicy and full of flavor. The pork belly was great, and had a great char on it. I was hoping the sausage had more of a kick, but still tasted good. Mac and cheese was excellent, and the slaw surprised me. At first bite I didn't think I was gonna like it, but as I kept eating I really enjoyed the flavors. The cornbread was excellent, and the banana pudding tasted great as well. I'm glad I stopped after arriving from the airport, and will have to come back again, and would recommend others do the same. For the parking there is some on both sides, and there is indoor and outdoor seating available.
