- •There is a $50 delivery fee for locations within 25 miles.

What's the minimum for catering?
Our catering minimum is 25 people. If you need to order less, you can always preorder on our website.
What's included in a catering?
We include 1/4 lb of each meat and a 4 oz serving of each side per person, as well as sauce, pickles, onions, and bread. All catering options include paper plates and plasticware (except full service catering, when provided by the customer.)
How far in advance should I book?
Our catering calendar fills up quickly, and we typically ask for AT LEAST a 1-2 week notice. However, holidays and popular wedding months fill up FAST, so it's best to reserve your date sooner than later.
Is a deposit required?
We do require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. If for some reason you have to reschedule or cancel, a credit will be issued for the deposit amount. No refund is provided.
How much does BBQ catering cost per person?
Our catering packages start at $24 per person for the Mijo package (2 meats and 2 sides), $28 per person for the Papi package (3 meats and 2 sides), and $32 per person for the Jefe package (4 meats and 2 sides). Desserts can be added for $5.50 per person. Gratuity is included based on service type: 10% for pickup, 15% for delivery, and 20% for full service.
What areas do you deliver catering to?
We deliver BBQ catering across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex from our four locations in Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Mansfield. Delivery is available within 25 miles of each location for a $50 fee, covering cities including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Grand Prairie, Garland, Richardson, Southlake, Grapevine, Denton, and more.
Do you cater weddings?
Yes! Wedding catering is one of our most popular services. We offer full-service BBQ catering where our team handles setup, serving, and breakdown at your venue. Our catering calendar fills up fast during popular wedding months, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can you cater corporate events and office lunches?
Absolutely. We cater corporate events of all sizes across DFW — from office lunch deliveries to large company gatherings and holiday parties. Delivery catering includes all plates, plasticware, and fixins. Full-service catering is also available with our team on-site to serve.
What's the difference between delivery and full-service catering?
With delivery catering, we prepare and deliver your BBQ with all plates, plasticware, and fixins — but setup is not included (15% gratuity). With full-service catering, our team arrives to set up, serve food, and break down everything. Full service has a $200 fee with an average service time of 2 hours, and includes 20% gratuity.
Do you offer breakfast catering?
Yes! Our Fort Worth location offers breakfast taco catering daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM with a $100 minimum. Pickup requires 1 day lead time with 10% gratuity. Delivery requires 1 day lead time with 15% gratuity plus a delivery fee.
