Reheating Instructions:
Proteins:
Whole Brisket: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place aluminum pan with brisket (still wrapped in butcher paper) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, brisket should read 135-140 degrees internal. Serve immediately.
Turkey Breast: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove turkey breast from vacuum-sealed bag and place on an oven-safe sheet pan. Place 2-3 pads of butter on turkey breast and reheat for 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temp is 135-140 degrees. Serve immediately.
Whole Ham: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place aluminum pan with ham (aluminum foil still on top) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, ham should read 135-140 degrees internal. Serve immediately.
Rack of Beef Ribs: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place aluminum pan with beef ribs (still inside of butcher paper) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, beef ribs should read 135-140 degrees internal. Serve immediately.

Mac and Cheese: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 1 hour until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle. Heat 2 cups heavy cream to a simmer and stir into Mac and Cheese until Incorporated.
Tater Tot Casserole: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 1 hour until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle.
Mexican Street Corn: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 40 minutes until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle.
Blistered Green Beans with Black Pepper Sausage: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 1 hour until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle.
Mexican Rice: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, remove corner of Lid and add ½ Cup of water or Chicken Broth, reseal Lid. Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 1 hour until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle.
Brisket Beans: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Place pan (with Lid On) in oven for 1 hour until probe thermometer reads 135 – 140 degrees in middle.
German Potato Salad: Serve Cold.
Crunchy Kale Salad: Serve Cold.
Tamales:
Frozen Tamales: Place in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Refrigerated Tamales: Place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
