REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for making us part of your family’s holiday tradition this year!

 

Reheating Instructions:

Whole Brisket: Preheat oven to 300. Place aluminum pan with brisket (still wrapped in butcher paper) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, brisket should read 135-140* internal. Serve immediately.

Whole Turkey: Preheat oven to 300. Place aluminum pan with turkey (still inside of turkey bag) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, turkey should read 135-140* internal. Serve immediately.

Turkey Breast: Preheat oven to 300. Remove turkey breast from vacuum sealed bag and place on oven safe sheet pan. Place 2-3 pads of butter on turkey breast and reheat for 1 hour 15 minutes at 300* or until internal temp is 135-140. Serve immediately.

Whole Ham: Preheat oven to 300. Place aluminum pan with ham (aluminum foil still on top) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, ham should read 135-140* internal. Serve immediately.

Rack of Beef Ribs: Preheat oven to 300. Place aluminum pan with beef ribs (still inside of butcher paper) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, beef ribs should read 135-140* internal. Serve immediately.

Rack of Spare Ribs: Preheat oven to 275. Place aluminum pan with pork ribs (still inside of aluminum foil) in the oven for 2 hours. If you have a meat thermometer, pork ribs should read 135-140* internal. Unwrap foil and allow them to “tack up” inside of oven for 10 additional minutes. Serve immediately.
